Today I thought I would start on building up the new rear wheel by installing sealed bearings. (Bearings are 6201 12mm x 32 x 10mm) This should hopefully give me less rolling resistance. After id popped out the old bearing cups I cleaned where the new bearings would go and heated it up with a heat gun to expand the metal. Once the centre of the wheel was nice and hot the bearing slipped in nice and easily.
Nexted I installed a new 20t rear sprocket with new bolts but I still need to get hold of some locking nuts.
