The A35 dismantling

Today after a disappointing test ride on the Tomos A3 i thought id set to work on the replacement engine (A35) splitting the crack case to see the condition of the bearings. Rusty as hell!
So the things i need to get for the rebuild are as follows:

Racing crankshaft,

Bearings,

Seals,

Gaskets.

I will also get to use Steves balanced clutch bell.

Tomos flywheel fixed and back on the road

Treats finally hits the uk

Whilst in London I found treats or moped HQ.....!

Food, water, women & mopeds!

Second Stroke

My flywheel came loose!

After the breakdown on the tomos i was surprised to find out that the clutches were still intact. It turns out that the flywheel had come loose and caused havoc with the crank shaft and stator.

I managed to get a spark at the plug again by adjusting the coils as they had been knocked out of alignment i think the timings out though as it will hardly run.  

Anythings possible!
