Tomos new rear tyre and clutch spring

As the weather was bad today i finally managed to get around to fixing the puncture on tomos. The inner tube had wound around the wheel so i used a 2.5 tube and tyre off another wheel.
After that i drained the transmission oil and took the clutches out. I replaced the second gear clutch spring with a lighter spring. Im hoping this will help second gear to engage more smoothly. We shall see.

Replacement clutch

Whilst on MAD run 2 the tomos became less and less able to shift into second gear. I bought half an A3 engine recently for the cluches. When i removed the current second gear clutch that i had resurfaced with leather it had disintegrated. I swapped out entire clutch mechanism from the spare engine but installed my stiffer clutch springs. Initial report is a much better shift but still some vibration.
