So today Sinclairio and I disassembled the Colibri for parts. I wanted the engine and wiring loom as it has 12v electrics and the Wheels are going on Sinclairio's  puch.

 So we now have a massive box of spares if anyone needs anything let us know.

Here are the wheels, they just need a little cleaning up. Check out that rear tire its a 2.75!!

It was missing something so we dug out the drop bars
and its looking good.

Whats next?

So the plans for tomorrow are to remove the engine from Colibri which i will eventually rebuild with a racing crank and maybe an 80cc Metra kit.

Also the Wheels are coming off and going on the Puch City

Uprated clutch springs have arrived

The new uprated clutch springs I ordered for my tomos came through th door today!

Still trying to get the new tomos running!

I've just tested the compression and its good. So next I will have to pull the motor and split the cases. Hopefully I can find the source of the crunching noise when I had it running. Probably a bearing on the crank shaft has gone.
